I founded Guardian Home Watch Wisconsin to bring those same values to homeowners who want peace of mind while they're away. As a Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), I provide dependable, personalized property checks with a focus on identifying visible concerns and keeping homeowners informed.

What is Home Watch?
Home Watch is a scheduled visual inspection of your home or property while you are away.
Guardian Home Watch Wisconsin provides an extra set of eyes on your property, looking for obvious issues or irregularities that may have occurred in your absence.
Whether you're away for a few weeks, several months, or seasonally, regular Home Watch visits can help identify concerns before they become larger problems.

Detailed Digital Home Watch Reports
Every Home Watch checklist is personally tailored to your property and it's unique needs.
After each visit, you'll receive a detailed digital report by email, documenting what was checked, along with photos and any concerns noted—so you can see how your home is doing even when you're miles away.
Home Watch Services & Pricing
Scheduled weekly or biweekly Home Watch visits start at $75 per visit.
Pricing varies based on property size and individual needs. Additional services, including after-storm checks, are available.
